Job Description

What this role does:

  • Data Consolidation – Collects client data from BDEs/sales persons across all states/regions
  • CRM/Excel Maintenance – Maintains a centralized record of all clients (name, location, order status, payment status)
  • Upcoming Payments Tracking – Tracks how much payment is due from which client and by when
  • Work Progress Tracking – Monitors which project is at what stage (survey, installation, commissioning)
  • Sales Numbers Reporting – Tracks each salesperson's monthly/quarterly performance (number of leads, deals closed, revenue generated)
  • MIS Report Preparation – Prepares daily/weekly/monthly reports for management (in dashboard or Excel format)
  • Follow-up Reminders – Alerts the sales team about pending payments or delayed projects
