Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecalling / Customer Service Executives to join our growing International BPO operations in Lucknow.

The role involves communicating with customers over the telephone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, recording customer details, and generating qualified leads where applicable.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake and receive customer calls as assigned.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow the approved calling script and company procedures.
• Ask relevant questions and accurately record customer responses.
• Identify and qualify interested customers according to campaign requirements.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/dialer system.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Handle customer questions professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Follow company policies relating to customer privacy, communication and data handling.
• Meet assigned daily/weekly performance targets.
• Follow up with customers where required.
• Maintain professional behaviour and good communication standards at all times.
