About the Role: We are looking for a smart, active, and confident Telecaller & Social Media Executive who can manage student communication, create engaging social media content, and represent the company during college visits, seminars, workshops, and student outreach activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with students, creating Reels, appearing on camera, and actively participating in marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Student Engagement

• Make calls to students and potential leads to explain courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Answer student queries and coordinate registrations.

Social Media & Reels

• Create and manage engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and social media content.
• Participate in and, when required, appear in Reels/videos.
• Assist in planning creative content, trends, hooks, captions, and video ideas.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and viral Reel formats.
• Coordinate with the design/content team for social media campaigns.

College Visits & Promotion

• Visit colleges for seminars, workshops, student interactions, career sessions, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with college representatives, TPOs, faculty members, and student groups.
• Promote Spricore courses, training programs, internships, and career opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally during college events and outreach programs.
• Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, energetic, and presentable personality.
• Comfortable speaking on calls and interacting with students.
• Interest in Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing is an advantage.
• Comfortable traveling locally for college visits.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Who Can Apply? Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Candidates from marketing, mass communication, digital marketing, management, or related backgrounds are welcome.
• We prefer candidates who enjoy social media, communication, public interaction, and content creation.
