  1. supervise and monitor day to day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
  2. coordinate with contractors, workers,engineers, and other site teams.
  3. Read and understand civil/construction drawing and ensure proper execution of work.
  4. Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
  5. Maintain daily site reports and track work progress.
