Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all civil construction and development activities at the site.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and required standards.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, labourers, vendors, and subcontractors on site.
  • Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed within the assigned timeline.
  • Take measurements of completed work and verify contractor work before reporting to management.
  • Identify and report any construction issues, delays, defects, or deviations immediately.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the company.
  • Take regular photographs/videos of site progress and share updates with management.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants whenever required.
  • Check levels, dimensions, alignment, excavation, foundations, roads, drainage, boundary works, and other civil works as required.
  • Ensure that any instructions given by the company are properly implemented at the site.
