Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role- 

 Panacea People is hiring Sales & Business Development professionals for our teams in Prayagraj, Lucknow and Varanasi, along with Remote Sales Executives for NewsNowNation (NNN). 

We are looking for confident, target-oriented individuals who can connect with potential clients, pitch our services, generate business and close deals.

 Key Responsibilities 

-Generate leads and identify potential clients.

-Make outbound calls and connect with business owners/decision-makers.

-Pitch Panacea People / NNN services and explain their benefits.

-Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

-Schedule and conduct client meetings when required.

-Negotiate and close sales.

-Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales tracker/CRM.

-Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

-Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

 Candidate Requirements 

-Good communication and convincing skills.

-Strong interest in sales and business development.

-Confident in speaking with clients.

-Target-oriented and self-motivated.

-Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media or advertising is an advantage.

Smartphone and good internet connection required for remote roles.
