Sales and Marketing Executive

• Handle counter sales and attend to customers visiting the dealership/showroom.
• Explain electric three-wheeler models, features, pricing, financing options, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Generate new customer leads through field visits, local marketing, referrals, and other promotional activities.
• Visit markets, transport hubs, dealers, fleet operators, and potential customer locations to promote electric three-wheelers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain daily records of customer enquiries, leads, visits, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business partners.
• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Specific RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, counter sales, field marketing, automobile, EV, or related industries preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and willingness to learn about electric three-wheelers.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and local-area marketing.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic.
• Ability to negotiate and convince customers effectively.
• Basic computer/mobile skills for maintaining customer and sales records.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer network will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
