Job Summary

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of loan executives, achieving monthly business targets, generating and converting loan leads, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of loan/sales executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Generate new leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement.
• Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other departments for loan processing.
• Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Train new team members on loan products, sales techniques, and company processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Ensure KYC, documentation, and other regulatory/company requirements are followed.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational Issue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (or as required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.

Required Skills
