Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.
  • Handle customers, including HNI/VIP clients, and ensure excellent service.
  • Drive sales, customer conversion, repeat business and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, billing, cash and stock records.
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising, store upkeep and brand standards.
  • Monitor daily sales and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with head office for stock, operations and marketing requirements.


Key Skills:

  • Strong sales and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
  • Jewellery/luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of POS/ERP and inventory management.
  • Presentable, responsible and target-oriented.
