Business Development Manager (BDM)

Identify, generate, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners for FOCO & FOFO models. Develop and execute franchise acquisition and market expansion strategies across West India. Generate qualified franchise leads through field visits, networking, references, market research, exhibitions, and business communities. Identify potential investors, jewellery retailers, entrepreneurs, HNIs, and business partners. Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, site visits, and commercial negotiations. Explain the Kohira franchise model, investment opportunity, brand proposition, and business potential to prospective partners. Negotiate commercial terms and drive prospects through the complete franchise acquisition cycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation, store planning, legal documentation, onboarding, and launch. Drive franchise network growth, market penetration, and achievement of assigned acquisition targets. Maintain accurate franchise pipeline, MIS, lead reports, and regular business updates.
