Sales Consultant – Bajaj 3W Showroom

Autoveer is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant for its Bajaj 3-Wheeler showroom in Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable 3-wheeler products, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain Bajaj 3-wheeler models, features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
• Generate new leads through customer references, field visits, local market activities, and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales.
• Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on Bajaj 3-wheeler products, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, field sales, or retail sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with field visits and local market sales.
• Basic knowledge of computers and WhatsApp/CRM applications.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge of the Kurukshetra local market will be preferred.
