🚀 Tele Business Development Executive📍 Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, KolkataWe are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
If you have a strong background in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, B2C Sales or Business Development and you are confident in converting leads into successful sales, we want to hear from you!
- 💼 What You’ll DoHandle outbound calls and sales enquiries with a strong focus on conversion.
- Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Generate interest, handle objections and close sales through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Update lead/customer information accurately and follow the company's sales process.
- 🎯 What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telemarketing / B2C Sales / Business Development.
- Hardcore target-based sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Candidates from BFSI, Telecom, Real Estate, Education, B2C Sales, Inside Sales or other target-driven sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- 12th Pass & Above.
- Candidates with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
💰 Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand
Salary will be based on last drawn salary, relevant sales experience, communication skills and overall profile.
🕒 Working ScheduleMonday to Saturday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday – Fixed Weekly Off
