Telecaller

We are hiring Telecaller for Student Admission Process for Engineering College

Candidate has to call Prospective Students and Parents and inform abput courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Provide information about college courses, admissions, and facilities.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Primary target will be generating and converting college walk-in enquiries.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admission leads.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred; Freshers can also apply

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi, with basic English proficiency.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Candidates with telecalling, counselling, sales, or admission-related experience will be preferred.

Candidate Preference:

• Male/Female candidates with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a target-oriented approach.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Work Timing : 10.30 AM - 5.30 PM , Monday to Saturday
