Job Description
Performance Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & Meta AdsWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and creative research.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4/GTM, etc.
- Run A/B tests and identify opportunities for campaign scaling.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets.
- Prior experience with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
Candidates with proven hands-on campaign experience are preferred.
