🚨 Hiring: Customer Support Supervisor – International BPO

Job Responsibilities


- Supervise and manage the Customer Support team.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.

- Conduct team huddles and provide regular feedback.

- Achieve daily and monthly team targets.

- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

- Support team members in handling difficult customer calls.

- Coordinate with management for smooth process operations.


Requirements


- 2–4 years of experience in International BPO Customer Support.

- Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience preferred.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
