Job Description

  • Customer Care & Operations Team ManagerGraduate in any discipline; legal background preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer care, service operations, and team management.
  • Experience in leading, supervising, training, and mentoring customer support teams.
  • Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Strong skills in client handling, escalation management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP, Google Sheets, MIS, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Well-versed in CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and customer management systems.
  • Experience in KPI monitoring, SLA management, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to prepare and implement SOPs, training modules, and communication protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of divorce, cheque bounce, property disputes, consumer matters, and legal notices.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive legal queries professionally.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, legal-tech company, or professional services environment preferred.
