Job Title: International Voice Process Executive Process: UK Survey Process (Outbound Voice)

Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers and Experienced Both Can Apply

Shift: 2PM- 11 PM (Sunday fixed off)

Location: Yamuna Building, 7th Floor, 86, Golaghata Rd, Dakshindari, Kolkata, South Dumdum, West Bengal 700048, Landmark – Bengal Dhaba

Job Overview We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for our UK International Voice Survey Process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers in the United Kingdom, conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and recording responses accurately. Roles and Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to UK-based customers and conduct surveys.  Communicate with customers in fluent English using the provided script.  Ask survey questions and record customer responses accurately.  Maintain professional call etiquette and good customer interaction.  Meet daily targets for call quality and completed surveys.  Update customer responses in the system or CRM.  Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria  Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.  Good English communication and listening skills are required.  Basic computer knowledge is essential.  Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with international customers.  Must be flexible to work in UK shifts.  Prior international voice process experience will be an added advantage.
