Job Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified business leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, research abilities, and a strong understanding of lead generation strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer interest.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Track lead generation activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research platforms is preferred.
