Experience: 1–4 years in BPO recruitment preferred

Working Days: 5 days a week(2 alternative saturday working)

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter who specializes in hiring candidates for international BPO sales processes, including inbound, outbound, and team leader positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sound knowledge of BPO recruitment, and the ability to identify candidates suitable for international voice and sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

·        Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for international BPO positions.

·        Source candidates for inbound sales, outbound sales, customer service, and team leader roles.

·        Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

·        Screen candidates based on communication skills, sales ability, experience, attitude, and process suitability.

·        Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

·        Assess candidates’ English communication, pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and customer-handling skills.

·        Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.

·        Maintain a regular pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

·        Explain job responsibilities, shift timings, salary structure, incentives, and company policies to candidates.

·        Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding.

·        Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview feedback, and candidate documentation.
