About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR

Executive with 2–4 years of experience in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and an understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance management.

Job Description

·      Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna and other recruitment channels.

·      Manage joining and onboarding formalities for new employees, Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

·      Maintain accurate employee databases and HR trackers.

·      Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, Ensure proper maintenance of statutory and compliance-related HR records.

·      Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and process improvement.

·      Assist in monthly payroll management and processing.

Requirements

·      Postgraduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.

·      2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

·      Good Communication Skills

·      Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

·      Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR-related systems.

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM

Shift Time: Monday to Friday (10 a.m. - 7 p.m.)

Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month
