Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Dental Clinic Assistant to support the dentist with daily clinical and administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare the dental chair, instruments, and materials before procedures.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Assist with patient preparation and provide basic post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain patient records and appointment details.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic.
• Manage basic inventory of dental supplies and inform the dentist when stocks are low.
• Support billing, payments, and other basic administrative tasks when required.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and are treated courteously.
