Customer Support Executive – Banking Process (Inbound Voice)

Location: Kolkata

Process: Banking – Inbound Voice

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Languages RequiredCandidates must be proficient in any one of the following language combinations:

  • Hindi + Bengali
  • English + Hindi + Bengali
  • Odia
  • Assamese

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
