Job Description
🔹We are looking for an active and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive with a sales background and hands-on Computer system knowledge. The role involves direct customer interaction, product selling, billing, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Manage counter sales efficiently
- Operate POS billing system (billing, returns, exchange)
- Maintain proper stock display and product arrangement
- Coordinate with backend for inventory updates
- Ensure quick billing and smooth checkout experience
- Maintain daily sales records and reporting
- 🔹 Required SkillsExperience in retail counter sales (garments preferred)
- Knowledge of Computer Mandatory
- Strong understanding of POS software & billing process
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic understanding of inventory handling
- Fast response and customer handling ability
- 🔹 EligibilityMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- 🔹 Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on Skill)
