Job Title: Admission Counselor (Outbound Telecalling)

About the Role

FTAA: Film & Television Acting Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Admission Counselor to connect with aspiring actors. You will reach out to high-intent leads generated through our 24/7 digital campaigns, counsel candidates on our acting programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect via outbound calls with verified leads generated from active Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Understand prospective students' career goals and counsel them on course structure, faculty, syllabus, and academy benefits.

• Handle student and parent queries regarding batch schedules, fees, and admission procedures with empathy and confidence.

• Follow up systematically with interested candidates to achieve enrollment targets.

• Maintain daily call logs, pipeline updates, and conversion reports.

Job Details & Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 / month

• Incentive Structure: ₹1,000 per enrolled student (after achieving minimum baseline target)

• Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

• Weekly Off: Monday

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in telecalling, tele-counseling, telesales, or education counseling.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Bengali and Hindi (working knowledge of English is a plus).

• Confident, persuasive phone presence with a polite and approachable demeanor.

• Target-oriented mindset with basic ability to manage lead sheets/calling trackers.
