Business Development Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Franchise Development Executive to help us expand our Laundry Franchise Business.

The role involves connecting with potential franchise partners, explaining our laundry franchise opportunity, generating leads, and following up with interested prospects until the next stage of the business discussion.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Generate new leads for potential laundry franchise partners.
• Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective franchise partners.
• Explain the company's laundry franchise business model and opportunity.
• Understand the requirements and interests of potential franchise partners.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings with interested franchise prospects.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for further discussions and franchise onboarding.
• Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and franchise acquisition targets.

Requirements:-

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, or Customer Relationship Management can apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with people over phone calls.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates interested in Sales, Business Development, and Franchise Development are encouraged to apply.
