  • Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Office, an advanced level navigating cloud databases and web portals.
  • Task Focus: Exceptional focus and dedication to repetitive, highly detailed processing workflows over long stretches.
  • KPI Compliance (Key Performance Indicator) : monitor & enforce internal quality control measures to eliminate price cuts or client-side chargebacks.
  • Attitude : Ability to remain calm, disciplined, and highly productive under pressure and within tight, time-sensitive environment constraints.
