Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to, answer customer queries, and drive sales over phone interactions. You will engage prospects, pitch products, and log call outcomes to support our sales goals


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
  • Handle inbound queries and deliver accurate product details.
  • Qualify leads and route interested prospects to the sales team.
  • Update customer records and call notes daily in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
