#Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and meeting client needs, offering insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships to help clients secure their financial future.

#Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain client relationships through networking and referrals.

Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Explain various insurance policies and products to clients, including benefits, terms, and coverage.

Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to explain policies.

Process insurance applications and manage policy documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

#Qualifications:

High school (10TH PASS)/ Diploma or Equivalent / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in Sales (preferably in the insurance industry).

Strong Communication.

Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a life insurance agent.
