Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on orders.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Proven experience in sales or field sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary: 15k to 20 k
