  1. Graduate with 3+ years of experience
  2. Able to check site expenses and prepare BOQ
  3. Experience in Interior/Construction industry preferred
  4. Good knowledge of Excel
  5. Good knowledge of Accounts & Tally Prime
  6. Experience in purchase, billing & vendor coordination
  7. Good at rate negotiation & material coordination
  8. Good communication and follow-up skills
  9. Should be responsible, organised and willing to handle multiple tasks
