 To manage day to day Retail Sales operations and other related Channels..

Role & Responsibilities:

 • Sales and Business Growth (Business Development)

   ◦ Develop Sales Strategies & New Channels for Sales

   ◦ Market Research & Competitive Analysis

   ◦ Sub-Dealer Support

 • Retail Operations

   ◦ Retail Store Management, Compliance

   ◦ Customer Experience Management

   ◦ Sales, Calling Management

   ◦ Field Marketing Activities

 • Reports & Documentation

   ◦ Generate Periodic & ad-hoc reports for dealership managemen

   ◦ Maintain Records

KPAs:

 • Revenue

 • Operational Excellence

 • Customer Experience & Satisfaction

Qualifications:

 • Degree / Diploma Required

 • Automobile Sales Experience of 4 year minimum

 • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automobile sector.

 • Familiarity with local automobile market and customer preferences.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 • Strategic thinking with problem-solving attitude.

 • Data-driven decision-making and proWiciency in MS OfWice/CRM tools.

 • Fast in use of Mobile Applications

 • Ability to Perform in High pressure, Fast Moving, Customer Facing Environment

 • Should be able to Drive 2wheeler.

Probation Period:

 • Upto 2 Months

Compensation:

 • CTC : 12,000-18,000/- per month [As per qualification]

 • Sale & Performance linked Incentives

Work Times & Locations:

 • 9:45AM to 7:00PM , Weekly Off Wednesday

 • Location : Uma talkies Chowk, Near Udyam Nagar, Kolhapur
