Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for brick-making machines through field marketing, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
  • Identify potential customers, dealers, contractors, builders, entrepreneurs, and construction-related businesses.
  • Explain machine specifications, features, benefits, pricing, and other product information to customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding customer requirements.
  • Maintain records of leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Promote company products through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other suitable platforms.
  • Attend exhibitions, local business events, and customer meetings when required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly marketing and sales reports.
  • Collect market feedback and provide information about competitors and customer requirements.
