Telecaller

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and schemes clearly to customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information or assistance.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the concerned senior/team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline during working hours.
• Perform other calling-related duties assigned by the management.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi/English, as required for the role.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
