Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers over phone and WhatsApp, understand their requirements, explain our products and convert leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive without being pushy, good at building relationships and comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable WONDRBOX products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers and usage clearly.
• Convert leads into orders through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Follow up regularly with warm and interested leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer requirements and order status.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Generate repeat sales and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for order-related updates.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Share customer feedback and common objections with the marketing/product team.

Use CRM/Google Sheets/WhatsApp and other tools to track leads and sales.
