Job Description
Collection Executive
Location: Multiple Locations across Telangana
Salary: ₹20,000 fixed per month + Incentives
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate – Candidates from all backgrounds can apply
Mandatory Requirement: TNR Certificate is mandatory
- Job Responsibilities:Visit customers at assigned locations for payment collection and follow-up.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and pending dues.
- Maintain proper records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment-related details.
- Submit daily collection reports to the concerned team.
- Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines.
- Coordinate with the team regarding difficult cases and payment issues.
- Travel within the assigned area as required for collection activities.
- Requirements:TNR Certificate is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications for updating collection details.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach to work.
- Candidates should be willing to work at multiple locations across Telangana.
