Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at Arao Lifespaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and an interest in real estate sales and marketing. The role will involve generating and managing leads, promoting Arao Eterna, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities:• Generate new leads through digital marketing, social media, online platforms, referrals, and local market outreach.

• Handle incoming enquiries, qualify prospects, and maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and sales.

• Coordinate and execute marketing activities for Arao Eterna, including digital campaigns, promotional activities, events, and local outreach.

• Manage and regularly update leads, customer information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/database.

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Customer Executive to ensure smooth lead conversion and customer engagement.

• Assist in planning and creating marketing content for WhatsApp, social media, property portals, brochures, and other promotional channels.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, local opportunities, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, photographers, and other vendors when required.

• Support site visits, promotional events, exhibitions, and other project-level marketing initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, source-wise enquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure all customer communication and marketing activities are professional, accurate, and aligned with Arao Lifespaces' brand standards.

Requirements:• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or a customer-facing role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms, WhatsApp marketing, and basic digital marketing concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and take ownership of assigned activities.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market and local languages will be an advantage.

• Willingness to work on weekends and participate in site visits, events, and promotional activities as required.
