Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our retail team as Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent store standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories based on customer needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, membership programs, and value-added products.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness as per company standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or above.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or FMCG is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English communication is preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
