We are hiring of Pre sales Executive for real estate industry.
Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling/tele sales/customer support
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Preferred Skills:Persuasive communication skills
- Customer handling experience
- Positive attitude and patience
Salary:As per company standards + incentives
