Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits.
  • Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate with clients and handle objections effectively.
  • Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking/closure.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Must have experience handling calling + site visits + closing independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales process.
