About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager – Telesales to lead and manage our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling customer interactions, improving conversions, and achieving monthly targets through effective communication and team management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and guide the telesales team to achieve daily & monthly sales targets
• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls professionally
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups
• Train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor call performance and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns
• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain CRM and customer database records
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Leadership and team handling experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM/software tools
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Hindi & basic English communication required
