Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
  • Handle sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries.
  • Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book and ledgers.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Handle GST-related entries and documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, e-way bills and other accounting documents.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Coordinate with management, vendors and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
