Senior Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

●       Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

●       Verify sales orders, quotations, delivery challans, and other documents before billing.

●       Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams regarding billing requirements.

●       Ensure correct pricing, quantity, GST, discounts, and other applicable charges in invoices.

●       Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, credit/debit notes, and billing adjustments.

●       Maintain proper records of invoices and related documents.

●       Monitor pending billing and ensure timely completion.

●       Resolve billing-related queries from customers and internal teams.

●       Prepare daily/monthly billing reports and MIS as required.

●       Review the work of junior billing staff and provide guidance whenever required.

●       Support the Accounts team in reconciliation and other billing-related activities.

●       To maintain the professional relation with customers over phone also one on one

Requirements:

●       Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / relevant field.

●       5–7 years of experience in billing/invoicing.

●       Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, credit/debit notes and billing processes.

●       Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP software.

●       Good communication and coordination skills.

●       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

●       Ability to handle multiple billing activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing / trading / industrial company will be an added advantage.
