📢 WE’RE HIRING: SALES MANAGER (EXPORT)
HRM is looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced professional to join our growing team in Jalandhar, Punjab.
If you have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage clients, exports, vendors, and internal coordination, we’d love to hear from you.
💼 Position: Sales Manager (Export)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
🚀Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 based on performance + Perks
📍 Location: 70-L Mall Road, Model Town, Opposite Akal Eye Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144003
🏢 Work Mode: On-Site | Full-Time
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
• Drive export sales and achieve business targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
• Maintain office records, documentation, and reports
• Supervise support staff and improve team productivity
• Ensure a professional and productive work environment
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales
• Preferred age: 26–40 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
