KRA – General Manager

* Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the company.

* Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and proper coordination between teams.

* Set, monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.

* Drive revenue growth and support the company’s business development activities.

* Monitor departmental performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Review team productivity and take corrective action wherever required.

* Ensure managers are accountable for their respective teams and targets.

* Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline and compliance with company policies.

* Ensure proper implementation of company rules, SOPs and management decisions.

* Handle major operational issues, employee escalations and client complaints.

* Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction.

* Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, recruitment and employee performance.

* Monitor operational expenses and ensure effective cost control.

* Ensure quality of work and minimize errors, delays and productivity losses.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and submit MIS reports to top management.

* Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency.

* Ensure timely communication and coordination between management and employees.

* Take responsibility for achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

* Support strategic planning and execution of management decisions.

* Ensure overall business growth, operational efficiency and employee productivity.
