✨ Job Summary: Steelco Industries is hiring an experienced Field Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales, develop customer and distributor relationships, conduct client visits, and promote furniture products across the assigned market. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in furniture or home furnishing, along with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

🪑 Promote and sell Steelco's furniture, seating systems, steel almirahs, and related products in the assigned territory.

🎯 Generate new B2B sales opportunities through field visits, market research, referrals, and business networking.

🤝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, institutional, domestic, and other business clients.

📍 Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand requirements and present suitable furniture solutions.

🗣️ Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.

🏢 Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, retailers, and business accounts.

📊 Study local market conditions, furniture trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

🔄 Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to support sales conversion.

📋 Maintain records of customer meetings, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders, and delivery-related matters.

📈 Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

🛵 Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits, market development, and sales activities.

🎯 Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to repeat business and market expansion.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, as per experience & skill

🎯 Incentive: ₹20,000+ based on performance
