📋 Key Responsibilities:

📈 Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.

🤝 Identify and approach new B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.

🏗️ Promote construction and flooring products including PVC paver molds, tile molds, and related chemicals.

📍 Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.

💼 Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.

📞 Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales and maintain relationships.

🚚 Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.

📊 Track market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and sales performance.

🎯 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

📝 Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

🚀 Identify new markets and business opportunities for company products.

🛵 Travel regularly for client meetings, market visits, and business development activities.

💰 Salary & Incentive: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, as per skill & experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹30,000+ based on performance
