Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain company data in Excel, ERP/software, and other systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, purchases, invoices, customers, and other business transactions.
  • Verify data and identify errors or discrepancies before final submission.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Update jewellery stock-related records and coordinate with the Stock and Sales teams.
  • Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.
  • Assist in preparing Excel sheets, MIS reports, and other management reports.
  • Ensure all data is entered within the required timelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Coordinate with different departments whenever data or records are required.
  • Perform other data-related and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
