Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Maintain cash and bank records and perform bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and update records in Tally/Excel or accounting software.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, and auditors.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
