• Job Profile:Role: Tele-caller / Customer Executive
• Responsibility: App ke existing customers ko call karke humare naye products aur services ke baare mein samjhana aur unhe help provide karna.
• Skills: Hindi/Local language mein achhi pakad, achha communication, aur customer handling skills.
• Salary Package:Fresher: ₹13,000 per month
• Experienced (1 Year+): ₹15,000 per month

Training Period & Terms (Candidate ki jaankari ke liye):Training ke dauran candidate ko company ke products, app ke features, aur baat karne ke tareeke (script) ke baare mein sikhaya jayega. Training period mein aam taur par ye terms hoti hain:

1. Learning Phase: Shuruat ke 7-15 din ka training period hota hai jisme candidate ko system aur services samajhne par focus karna hota hai.
2. Performance Evaluation: Training khatam hone ke baad basic assessment liya jata hai taaki ye dekha ja sake ki candidate process ko samajh gayi hai ya nahi.
3. Support: Is dauran supervisor ka pura support milta hai, taaki candidate confident hokar customer se baat kar sake.
4. Attendance: Training period ke dauran regular attendance zaroori hoti hai kyunki har din kuch naya seekhne ko milta hai.
5. Confirmation: Training aur performance ke basis par candidate ko permanent role mein confirm kiya jata hai.
