Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Order Executive to join our team.

  • Job Responsibilities: Call customers and communicate with them professionally.
  • Take and confirm customer orders over the phone.
  • Handle customer queries and provide product information.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of customer calls and orders.
  • Build good relationships with customers.
  • Requirements: Good communication skills in English.
  • Hindi communication is also preferred.
  • Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Previous telecalling / customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Freshers can also apply.
